Invite or Add Users to a Challenge
Please note that you can only add or invite people to a challenge who have already registered in the program. To Add or Invite Members to a challenge:
- Access your Admin Panel
- Select the Challenges Tab
- Click on the Settings (gear) icon next to your challenge.
- Scroll down to the Include Members section, and there are two options:
- Select 'Invite Members' to send an email to users letting them know that they've been invited. They must log into the app and select to Join the challenge.
- Select 'Add Members' to directly add members to the challenge.
- Select Invite/Add All Members Now to invite or add all members in your program, or select “Show Members” to pick individual users.
- Confirm the action, if prompted.
