Invite or Add Users to a Challenge

Please note that you can only add or invite people to a challenge who have already registered in the program. To Add or Invite Members to a challenge:

  1. Access your Admin Panel
  2. Select the Challenges Tab
  3. Click on the Settings (gear) icon next to your challenge.
  4. Scroll down to the Include Members section, and there are two options:
    1. Select 'Invite Members' to send an email to users letting them know that they've been invited. They must log into the app and select to Join the challenge.
    2. Select 'Add Members'  to directly add members to the challenge.
  5. Select Invite/Add All Members Now to invite or add all members in your program, or select “Show Members” to pick individual users.
  6. Confirm the action, if prompted.
