Invite or Add Members to a Challenge

If a challenge is already active and you need to add or invite members to it, you can include them either individually or as a mass addition.

To Add or Invite Members:

  1. Access your Admin Panel
  2. Select the Challenges Tab
  3. Click on the Settings (gear) icon next to your challenge.
  4. Scroll down to the Include Members section, select 'Invite Members' to send an invitation that a user can accept, or select 'Add Members' to directly add members to the challenge.
  5. Select Invite/Add All Members Now to invite or add all members in your program, or select “Show Members” to pick individual users.
  6. Confirm the action, if prompted.
