Email & Browser Requirements
Emails arrive from no-reply@mail.walkertracker.com, success@terryberry.com, and support@walkertracker.com. Emails are sent using our private, Mailgun IP address of 161.38.199.10.
Members receive emails for various reasons (challenge invites, passing a milestone, getting a discussion reply) and emails from admins.
You may need to ask your I.T. department to whitelist the email address. Send yourself a test email to double check!
Browser
Make sure your browsers are up-to-date. The minimum browser versions for best user experience are Internet Explorer 11, Mozilla Firefox 68, Google Chrome 87, and Apple Safari 13.1.
Downloads
Please verify with your IT department that you will be able to download reporting in the form of Excel spreadsheets and documents housed in our cloud storage at walkertracker.s3.amazonaws.com.
