Email & Browser Requirements
Emails arrive from noreply@be-engaged.co, success@terryberry.com, and wellness@be-engaged.co (no "m" at the end). Ask your team to add these to the IT allow list. Once they've confirmed, we recommend that you send yourself a test email from your program to verify that emails are getting through your organization's firewall.
Emails are sent using our private, Mailgun IP address of 161.38.199.10.
Participants receive emails for various reasons (challenge invites, passing a milestone, friend request, challenge ending notice) and emails from admins.
Browser
Make sure your browsers have the most up-to-date version. We typically support the last two versions of all major browsers.
Downloads
Please verify with your IT department that you will be able to download reporting in the form of Excel spreadsheets and documents.
