Member Support Options
Member's technical questions
If your members have questions please have them use the built-in Support widget at the lower right corner of the desktop browser.
To access the Support widget via the mobile app, select the three horizontal lines (hamburger icon) in the top left corner of the Activity screen (shoe icon) icon, select "Contact Support", and the Support widget will appear.
Members can search for relevant articles or select "Ask" at the top of the window to write an email to our member support team.
Or, members can directly email wellness@be-engaged.co to connect with our member support team. The best practice is to have your members write in on their own behalf so that our support can walk them through solutions directly.
Administering the program
Click the Admin Help widget in the lower right corner of your desktop browser's screen to either search for articles or write the admin support team a email.
