User technical questions

If your users have questions please have them use the built-in Support widget at the lower right corner of the desktop browser.

To access the Support widget via the mobile app, select the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the Home tab (home icon) icon, select "Contact Support", and the Support widget will appear.

Users can search for relevant articles or select "Ask" at the top of the window to write an email to our user support team.

Or, users can directly email wellness@be-engaged.co to connect with our user support team. The best practice is to have your users write in on their own behalf so that our support can walk them through solutions directly.

Administering the program

If you're in the Admin Panel, you'll see the Admin Help widget in the lower right corner of your desktop browser's screen to either search for articles or write the admin support team a email.
