Admin Help Widget (Admin Support)

The Admin Help widget provides articles that are specifically designed for program Admins.

When you open the Admin Help widget, type in a question or use keywords to find answers to your questions. You can also send an email to our Customer Success team by selecting 'Ask' at the top of the support window (or email success@terryberry.com directly).

You'll note that when you navigate in the Admin panel, you'll see the Admin Help widget in the bottom right of your screen. When you navigate in the My Dashboard, Sitewide, Challenges, Friends, and Settings tabs you'll see the Support widget in the bottom right of your screen, as you're on Member-facing tabs.
