Member Unable to Manually Enter Steps

There are a few reasons why a user may not be able to manually enter steps:

If a user has a wireless device/app linked to their Walker Tracker account, they will be unable to manually enter in steps. Go to this article for more information about how to enter steps with a device connected.

Users will be unable to make entries for dates prior to their registration date. They can enter up to 100 days worth of steps in the past if they have been registered and the program has been active for that long.
