Will all members need a fitness tracker to participate? 

No. You can enable manual entry so that members will be able to input their steps manually. Members who connect a fitness device to their account will no longer be able to enter steps manually. 

To enable/turn off manual entry navigate to:

  1. Admin Panel > Settings
  2. Program Settings
  3. Toggle Manual Entry to On

What if me or my members have problems syncing?

Our member/technical support are very responsive and helpful! Send a ticket directly to support@walkertracker.com. We always recommend sending in screenshots of your device's account that shows your steps if they are missing from your Walker Tracker account.
