Registration FAQs
When will members be able to register?
Best practice is to allow members to begin registration in your program after you've adjusted your Program Settings, created a challenge, and set up your communications plan. We recommend allowing 2 weeks of registration prior to your challenge beginning.
If you would like to narrow the registration period you can do so by going to the Admin Panel > Settings > Registration Settings > toggle Registration Open or Closed.
How can I invite people to register?
You will want to send an email out from your internal organization’s email address and include your portal’s URL which shows in the address bar of your web browser. It will look something like https://companyname.360recognition.com/ or https://companyname.thries.app. It’s a good idea to include important dates in that email and what challenge theme members will be partaking in to help build excitement! What if a member registers late in the program, will they be too far behind?
It's okay if a member registers after a challenge has begun. They will be able to participate from that point forward.
If you'd like to change their registration date, navigate to the Admin Panel > Members > search for the member > Edit > Registered Date > select a registration date > select Save. You can't select a registration date before the program creation date.
If the member's device is synced and they've been making entries to their personal fitness device, when they refresh their Be Well profile, they may be able to capture the last seven days of step entries from their personal fitness device (example: Fitbit, Google Fit, Health).
