Registration FAQs

When will members be able to register?

Once you create your program’s portal it will be open for registration. If you would like to narrow the registration period you can do so by going to the Admin Panel > Registration Settings and toggle Registration Open or Closed. We recommend allowing 2 weeks of registration prior to your challenge beginning.

How can I invite people to register?

You will want to send an email out from your internal organization’s email address and include your portal’s URL which shows in the address bar of your web browser. It will look something like example.walkertracker.com. It’s a good idea to include important dates in that email and what challenge theme members will be partaking in to help build excitement! What if a member registers late in the program, will they be too far behind?

It's okay if a member registers after a challenge has begun. They will be able to participate from that point forward. We do not allow steps entries prior to the date a person registers so they will need to put in a few extra steps to catch up. But it's better to be late than not participate!
