End of Challenge

What happens when a member finishes a challenge?

Once an individual or team reaches the finish line they no longer progress on the map, however, steps continue to accrue on the leaderboard and in the reporting until the challenge end date has passed. 

Their personal step entries will continue to log on their Dashboard if their device is synced. 

48 hour grace period after last day of challenge

The final challenge report tallies approximately 48 - 52 hours after 11:59 PM on the challenge end-date in the program's default timezone. During these 48 hours, your members have a chance to make sure steps are entered/caught up for the dates of the challenge. 

EX: If a challenge ends April 1, it will tally at around 2am on April 4th. Pacific Time.
