Language Translator

Desktop Browser

Turn on the Language Translator (web view only) to allow members to view your web portal in their preferred language. The languages currently available are Chinese, French, German, Korean, and Spanish. Let your Customer Success Manager know if you're interested in another language. To turn this on, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Admin Panel > Settings.
  2. Scroll down to the "Program Settings" section
  3. Toggle to YES for the Language Translator
  4. Click "Save" at the bottom of the section to save the change

You will then see the translator widget at the top left of the website banner. 

Mobile App

The mobile app supports native translations of English, Spanish, and French. Members can change this via the phone settings and the app will update to that language.
