Reseller Dashboard: Add a Group or Employer Level Administrator

Note: This information pertains only to Walker Tracker resellers.

You may want to assign an admin at the client level (group/employer). Please keep in mind that the person you select will have access to download participant data including email addresses.

Click 'dashboard' in the navigation to the left of your screen.

Click the icon under the column labeled 'Admins'. The icon looks like this:

Search for the username of the person you would like to promote to the administrator of the site. Click the green "Make Admin" button next to their username to grant them admin access.

Next, reach out to this person to let them know they now have admin access. You are welcome to share the Getting Started articles with them. They will have their own help section with handy articles like this one.
