Reseller Dashboard: Delete Members

Note: This information pertains only to Walker Tracker resellers.

In your dashboard default view: Click the information icon ℹ️ next to the header 'members'

This brings you to the roster of all inactive members in all your programs. A member is considered 'inactive' if they haven't logged in in thirty days.

Check the box for the members you'd like to queue to delete. Members will receive an email that their account will be deleted unless they log in. If they do not, members queued for deletion will be removed 30 days after being added to the queue. If a member logs into the site or mobile app during those 30 days, they will be removed from the deletion list.
