Reseller Dashboard: Deactivating a Program / Closing a Program

Note: This information pertains only to Walker Tracker resellers.

Close your customer's program in your Super Admin Dashboard. 

Click the checkbox next to the program or programs you'd like to deactivate. Click the 'actions' button at the top of the page.

Follow the prompts to deactivate your customer's program. Once a program has been set inactive your client and their members will no longer be able to log into the program. 

Tip: We recommend waiting at least several weeks after your program end date passes before setting the site inactive. This allows your customer administrator time to send out communications to their members and allows the members to download their personal stats reports.
