Organization Tool

Admins in Well Pro programs can create Organizations to categorize members. These are commonly used to indicate different branches, departments, regions, or locations within a larger company.

Organizations are a higher level of organization than teams, and teams or members can be assigned to organizations. Please note that a team being in an organization does not impact whether members are part of that organization.

When viewing organizations, you can see how many teams or members are assigned to them. You can also see combined stats showing the overall progress of members in that organization.

Organizations Settings

Open your Admin tab > Select the Teams tab > Select the Organizations toggle in the Team tab.

From this panel, you can activate or deactivate Organizations in your program, change what Organizations are called in your program, or create new Organizations. Make sure to click save if you change any settings.

Below these options, you can find a list of current Organizations in your program. You will see their status, their number of members, and their administrator, if applicable. You can click Delete to the right of an organization to remove it, or click Edit to access the details of that Organization.

Editing an Organization

If you select the option to Edit an Organization, you will access a pane showing information and configuration options for that Organization.

From this pane, you can change the name of an Organization, set them to Active or Inactive, and set an Admin for that organization. You can also upload an image as that Organization's logo.

After making any change, hit Confirm to finalize those edits.

Assigning Members or Teams to an Organization

To assign a member to an organization, access their member profile through your Admin Panel using the Members tab. Click Edit in their listing to access editing of that account.

Choose an organization from the drop down list and select "Save" to finalize changes.

To change a team's organization, access their team listing through your Admin Panel using the Teams tab. Click Edit in the team's listing to access editing of that team.

Select an Organization from the drop down list, and select Save Changes.
