Join or Leave a Team

Teams calculate steps from the date of creation and forward. If a participant is added to a team after the team is created, only the steps they have accumulated from that date moving forward will be added to the team.

If a member is removed from a team their steps remain with the team for all the days they were on it except for the date they were removed.
