Program Reports

Use these reports to view data on the status of all members or teams in your program. These reports are not challenge-specific. Use the date range feature to select the specific time periods that you want to view.

To access the program reports:

  1. Open your Admin panel. This defaults to the Reporting tab.
  2. Scroll to the Program Reports section.

Program Summary report

This report includes step data for all members, as well as registration date, last visit, connected device, if the member is in a featured challenge, team, or organization.

Team Summary report

This report includes step data for all teams, as well as how many members are on the team, and whether its a part of an organization.

All User report

This report includes member data, connection data, as well as their team, if they are a team leader, as well as organization.

Points Summary report

This report includes member data, how many points they have for each wellness metric, questions, points given by admin, and total points.

Badges report

This report includes member data and the date that they received a specific badge.

Wellness Metrics report

This report includes member data, and how many times they've logged each wellness metric or answered a question.


*Regarding "Percent Change" column that is included in some of these program reports: The percentage change metric compares the first 1/3 of a time period to the last 1/3 of the time period or challenge.

A negative number means that the individual walked that percentage FEWER steps than the first third of the challenge. A positive number means that member walked that percentage MORE steps in the latter third. Example: If they walked 100 steps in the first third, and 68 in the latter third, then the system records a decline of 32% ((68 - 100) / 100) * 100 = -32% Whereas if you walked 68 steps in the first third and 100 in the last third, you would have improved by 32%
