Member Doesn't Have a Smart Device

If one of your members doesn't have a smart device, they have a few options.

If you allow for manual entry in your program, your members can use a pedometer and manually enter the steps. To turn this on, navigate to Admin Panel > Settings > Program Settings > select Yes beneath Manual Entry.

If you allow for members to use the activity converter, they can convert their activities to steps. Review this article to see how to turn this on, as well as adjust which activities are available to your members.
