Wellness Questions

During Wellness Challenges, you have the option to include wellness questions in your challenge:

If you select to include Questions during the Wellness challenge creation process, your members will be prompted to answer these questions throughout the challenge timeframe. To see how many questions are in each challenge, and what the questions are, you can view this article "Wellness Options" and select the specific challenge.

After you create the Wellness Challenge, you can view the dates that these questions will publish, as well as the question and answer via Admin Panel > Communications > Questions > Wellness Challenge Question:

If members answer the question correctly, they'll receive points. 

To answer the wellness questions, members will be prompted. See the instructions below:

Via mobile app, members should navigate to the Settings tab (gear icon) > select Questions:

Via browser, members will be prompted via a notice at the top of My Dashboard tab:
